PERFORMANCE INFORMATION:

GENERAL:
Assignments are first come first serve and requested times are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. We will be providing the stage, lights, sound equipment, and microphones and mic stands for the stages. If you need any specific music, please be sure to bring it with you and give it to the sound technician at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled performance. Only bands unloading heavy equipment may park close to the stage area. This is for the safety of all involved. If you can carry or cart your equipment in, we ask that you do so also for the safety of others.

CHECK-IN:
Please have a representative from your group check-in with the sound technician at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled performance. This is a request for Silver Bell & Jingle Bell stages.

INTRODUCTION OF YOUR GROUP/BAND:
Please have a short introduction and/or bio written up if you would like an introduction prior to your performance. Someone from your group should be responsible for taking the stage prior to your performance and introducing you. Please note: this is part of your performance time.

SILVER BELL STAGE: (Size 20x16)
The Silver Bell Stage is located in the food court at 6th St. & Main St. As we are aware, parking is always a challenge at big events that occur on and around the Square. Please be sure to arrive in a timely manner, at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled performance time. There is no parking on or around the area of the stage. Streets will be closed around the area of the food court.

GROUPS & BANDS:
One car is permitted to each performing group at a time. There is no performance pass to be issued. You will be allowed to enter through the barricade at Church & 6th to unload any heavy equipment you may have.

JINGLE BELL STAGE: (24X16)
The Jingle Bell Stage is locate on 8th & Austin Ave. As we are aware, parking is always a challenge at big events that are on and around the Square. Please be sure to arrive in a timely manner, at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled performance time. There is no parking around the area of the stage especially on Saturday. Austin Ave. is a very busy street and extra caution needs to be used at all times.

GROUPS & BANDS:
You are permitted to have one car to transport your equipment. You will need to pull up behind the stage to unload, If you are performing of Friday, you will barricades to go through. If you are performing on Saturday, you may have to present the name of your group in order to get through the barricade. Please enter Rock Street and at the barricade at 8th St. to unload equipment. Once in this area you will not be able to move your car until after 9 pm or the close of Stroll evening. 

PERFORMERS
You are permitted to have up to one car to transport your equipment. Please contact Erin for more set up information. Once the barricades have moved to close the street you will not be able to move your car until after Stroll evening closes. 

AS AN FYI: The parade is 10:00am to 11:00am and/or 11:30am. Absolutely no admittance on Austin Ave. during this time.
