2022 CHRISTMAS STROLL PERFORMANCE APPLICATION
REGISTRATION FEE for BUSINESSES* $90.00
(*IF YOU CHARGE FOR A SERVICE (e.g.: lessons) YOU ARE CONSIDERED A BUSINESS)
PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED UPON ACCEPTANCE
ISD SCHOOLS, NON-PROFITS & BANDS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE

PLEASE NOTE: In order to cover the cost of the Stages, all businesses requesting stage time are required to pay a fee.  This assists the DGA, a nonprofit,
offset the cost of the stage, lights, sound equipment, and technician. Completing this registration does not guarantee stage time - all applicants will be reviewed.
I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2019 Market Days at my own risk and hereby release the Downtown Georgetown Association, Williamson County and City of Georgetown, from any liability arising from this special event or the use of City premises for those purposes.  I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of City premises during this event.  Such indemnity adhere to the Rules and Regulations included in this application package as well as the rules and regulations outlined online.  In the event that vendor tent or any part of booth causes damage due to negligence on his/her part, the vendor will be responsible for those damages.  I understand parking is available at 7th & Rock, 8th & MLK or 9th & Main Streets.  Parking in front of merchant stores are prohibited.  Should I choose to park in these spaces, my car will be towed at my expense.  The DGA and /or coordinators are not responsible as I have been advised in this agreement and online. *Vendors may be moved as necessary determined by the Fundraiser Event Coordinator.

I understand there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation, inclement weather, no rain dates or carry over dates once payment has been processed.    By submitting my application on line I am E signing this application as my signature.
