Boo Bash Participant Application 
Sunday, October 31, 2021
1 pm to 4 pm
This Event is a Trunk or Treat Halloween Event for Children and Families to attend at no cost.
I/We understand the event is taking place outside and the DGA will be only providing the space

I/We agree to the following;
To attend the 2021 Georgetown BOO BASH TRUNK OR TREAT at the above date and time. 
To decorate our trunk and/or booth in Halloween theme - family friendly - not scary
To interact in a positive manner with all staff, volunteers and attendees of all ages
To bring candy and / or treats to hand out to children: ample amount as numbers will be large (>3,000 Kids and/or Adults)
Set up time begins at 11AM. To be set up/ready by 1PM to hand out candy / treats. 
To stay until 4PM when event concludes and barricades have been removed
I/We agree to park in parking lot on 9th St. & Main St. or 7th St. & Rock St. if vehicle is not part of booth space setup

Decorate the trunk of your car with Halloween or Fall Harvest themed decor and candy (please not too scary as we have little ones under 5 participating).  Please let us know if you will be decorating a VEHICLE or bringing a 10 x 10 TENT to set up. 
ALL Tent Setups: must have 40lb weights on each leg.  Please specify above what your set up will look like in detail. 

I, understand that I am choosing to participate in BOO BASH on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at my own risk and hereby release the Downtown Georgetown Association, Williamson County and City of Georgetown from any liability arising from this special event or the use of City premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of City premises during this event. Such indemnity shall apply whether the accident, incident, injury, death or damage arise in whole or in part from the negligence of the above parties.  Furthermore, I have read and agree to adhere to the PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT included in this application.  I understand that parking is located at 9th & Main Streets.  Parking in front of merchant stores is prohibited as a participant other than loading and unloading equipment.  Should I choose to park in these spaces, my vehicle may be towed at my expense. The DGA and/or coordinators are not responsible as I have been advised.  

I understand this event is held outside and will continue. inclement weather, no rain dates or carry over dates.


By submitting this document I am signing that I am authorized to sign on behalf of the above business / organization and that I understand and agree to the information above and will adhere to the Participant Agreement.

All businesses / organizations must:

$130.00 per 10 x 10 Non-Electrical Space
Includes: Any Tent or Trunk Setups
(Trunk Setup will be placed in a parking space along Main St on the merchants' side)
$140.00 10 x 10 Electric Space
Reserved for Businesses in Tents and / or
Food Vendors
Placement will be curbside near Courthouse
