 2020 Second Saturday Market Day Application: Farm to Market

~ PARTICIPANT MAY SPECIFY BOOTH LOCATION *WITH A MINUMUM OF THREE (3) MONTHS PAID IN ADVANCE ~

I understand I am choosing to participate in the 2020 Second Saturday Market Day at my own risk and hereby release the Downtown Georgetown Association, Williamson County, and City of Georgetown, from any liability arising from this event or the use of City premises for those purposes.  I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of City premises during this event.  Such indemnity adhere to the Rules and Regulations included in this application package as well as the rules and regulations outlined online.  In the event that my tent or any part of booth causes any damage elsewhere, I will be financially responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at 7th & Rock, 8th & MLK or 9th & Main Streets. I agree to not parking in front of merchants. Should I choose to park in these spaces, I understand my car will be towed at my expense.  DGA and/or its staff and/or volunteers and/or representatives are not responsible as I have been advised in this agreement. I understand that it may become necessary for the location designated for my booth to be changed may be moved as determined by the Fundraiser Event Coordinator.

I understand there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation and/or inclement weather. Once my participation date(s) is (are) confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable.
